Unique to the Mid-Michigan Area is the Fitness Center, located inside The Saginaw Golf Centre. Golf and fitness go hand in hand as people are looking for ways to stay more flexible and maintain golf-specific muscles` in order to hit the ball further. We have golf specific equipment that will help you increase flexibility and strengthen core muscles essential to a more powerful golf swing. We also have cardiovascular equipment.
